I was happy to receive the news yesterday that I was selected as a designer for this year's Historic Ellicott City Witching Hour Farm 26th Annual Decorator Show House. (That's a mouth full!) It's open Sept. 18 - Oct. 17, in Woodbine, MD.
I did a walk through last week to scope out the house and have some pictures of the room I'll be designing. It's an upstairs bedroom (there are 7 total!) that I will transform into a designer's "corner boutique" home office.
My design plan is coming together now, with my ideas due in 2 weeks. I'll keep you posted along the way so you can see the room develop.
Here's a peek at the room now.
I hope to see you there this fall!
Happy decorating.

Thank you all for stopping by. I'll keep posting updates as the room evolves. I turn in my design board next week and once approved, the fun begins!
