design board is ready!

As I continue to take you through my first decorator show house experience (Historic Ellicott City show house) at Witching Hour Farm, we've come to the design board presentation portion of the event!

I was happy to present my design board - with the visual details of my room plan - to the design committee yesterday. The will review it and hopefully give me their stamp of approval to move forward with planning and shopping -- July's main tasks!

Here she is!

{Fabric for the window treatments...LOVE this! Thomas Paul from Duralee}

The room is inspired by the fabric and will have a sophisticated and comfortable feeling, with blacks, creams and silver accents. But for now, I wait! July is for shopping, so that will be a fun month. I'll keep you posted along the way.

Happy decorating.
